INGREDIENTS
1 Cup sprouted green gram
1 medium size onion chopped
2-3 red chillies
½ tea spoon mustard
1 table spoon oil
1 sprig curry leaves
1 sprig fresh coriander leaves chopped.
Salt to taste
METHOD
1. Pressure cook sprouted
green gram with 2 cup water for 2-3 whistles. Drain the water and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when they start
to splutter, add curry leaves, red chillies and onion , fry for few minutes
until onion becomes transparent.
3. Now add salt , coriander leaves and
cooked sprouted green gram, mix well. Saute
well for 5 minutes
4. Serve hot with tea or
coffee.
